In order to provide our services to the Crown Heights community in Brooklyn, NY, we accept most major dental insurances that are offered through an employer.

We accept most other dental PPO plans that are offered by an employer.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any HMO, DHMO, Union, Medicaid, or Medicare plans. Additionally, we do not accept Healthfirst, Fidelis, Metroplus, Healthplus, or Affinity plans.
